Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using AI Text to Handwriting, including acceptable use, user content, browser-based processing, exports, page limits, and service limitations.
Last updated: July 28, 20261. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AI Text to Handwriting website and online text to handwriting converter at https://aitexttohandwriting.com/ (the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is currently available without account registration. By using the Service, you confirm that you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms.
2. Description of the Service
AI Text to Handwriting provides browser-based tools that allow users to enter or paste typed text, choose a handwriting font, upload a supported custom handwriting font, choose a paper style, upload a paper image where supported, adjust available page and text settings, preview handwritten-style pages, and export pages as PNG, PDF, or ZIP files.
The current editor supports up to 30 pages per document. If a document exceeds 30 pages, the preview and export are limited to the first 30 pages.
The Service currently does not require an account and does not currently include account-based document storage, subscriptions, payment processing, or AI writing features. Features, limits, and availability may change over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of another person, organization, school, or business, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that your use complies with the relevant rules and policies.
4. Browser-Based Processing and Downloads
The editor and page generation features are primarily processed in your browser. Under the current implementation, text entered into the editor, uploaded font files, uploaded paper images, and generated page previews are not normally uploaded to or stored on an AI Text to Handwriting account or document database.
Generated PNG, PDF, and ZIP files are downloaded to your device when you choose to export them. The Service is not a permanent archive, backup service, or guaranteed file-storage service.
You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important text and exported files.
Browser capabilities, device resources, network conditions, font compatibility, and other technical factors may affect the generation or export process.
5. User Content
“User Content” means text, documents, font files, paper images, settings, and other material that you enter, upload, process, generate, or export through the Service.
You retain the rights you have in your User Content. You are responsible for making sure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use, upload, process, and export it.
You must not upload or process content that:
- infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights;
- contains information that you are not legally permitted to process;
- contains malware or harmful code;
- violates applicable law or contractual obligations;
- violates the rules of a school, employer, platform, or other organization that applies to you.
AI Text to Handwriting does not claim ownership of your User Content. Because the current editor primarily processes content in your browser, we do not require a broad license to store or use your editor content for unrelated purposes.
If you contact us by email, you give us permission to use the information in your message and any attachments as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide support, and maintain related records.
6. Custom Fonts and Uploaded Assets
The Service may allow you to upload custom handwriting fonts in TTF or OTF format and other supported visual assets.
You may upload only fonts, images, and other files that you created yourself or have permission to use.
AI Text to Handwriting does not guarantee that every uploaded font will load correctly or support every language, letter, number, punctuation mark, or symbol. You are responsible for reviewing the font and generated output before using or sharing it.
Custom fonts and uploaded assets may be available only for the current browser session. Unless the Service expressly provides a save or account feature, you should not assume that uploaded files will be stored permanently.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing activity;
- impersonate another person or falsely claim authorship where doing so violates law, policy, or another person’s rights;
- use generated pages to forge official records, signatures, identity documents, or other documents for deceptive purposes;
- use the Service to bypass academic, workplace, legal, or platform rules;
- upload malware, malicious files, or content intended to disrupt the Service;
- attempt to access another user’s data or interfere with the website;
- bypass the 30-page limit, rate limits, file restrictions, or other technical controls;
- overload, scrape, crawl, stress-test, or automate the Service in a way that harms its reliability;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or create a competing service from the website or its software, except where applicable law does not allow such restriction;
- remove copyright, trademark, or other notices from the Service;
- use the Service in a way that may damage the reputation, security, or operation of AI Text to Handwriting.
We may restrict or suspend access to the Service when reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the Service or other users, respond to legal requirements, or maintain security and reliability.
8. Generated Output
The Service creates handwritten-style visual output from the text, fonts, paper styles, and settings selected by the user.
Generated output may contain visual artifacts, unexpected line breaks, missing characters, spacing issues, layout problems, or differences between preview and exported files.
You are responsible for reviewing generated pages before printing, publishing, submitting, sharing, or relying on them.
AI Text to Handwriting does not guarantee that generated output will be accepted by a school, employer, government agency, printer, scanner, platform, or any other third party.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated output complies with applicable law, third-party rights, and the policies that apply to you.
9. Ownership of the Service
AI Text to Handwriting and its licensors own the website, software, user interface, branding, documentation, built-in handwriting fonts, paper designs, icons, and other Service materials.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service or its underlying software and assets to you.
Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party licenses, you may use the generated pages you create for lawful personal, educational, creative, or commercial purposes. You may not extract, redistribute, resell, or separately distribute the underlying website software, built-in fonts, paper assets, templates, or other Service materials.
Some fonts or third-party resources used by the Service may be subject to separate licenses. You are responsible for complying with those licenses when using generated output.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may use or link to third-party services, libraries, font providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, content delivery networks, or external font creation tools.
Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, limitations, and availability. AI Text to Handwriting is not responsible for the operation or policies of third-party services that we do not control.
If you use an external tool to create a custom handwriting font, you are responsible for reviewing that tool’s terms and privacy policy before uploading your handwriting samples or font files.
11. Service Availability and Changes
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
Page limits, supported file formats, fonts, paper styles, export formats, and technical requirements may change over time. The current 30-page limit applies unless the Service states otherwise.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, browser limitations, hosting problems, network failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for loss caused by your device, browser, downloaded files, unsupported fonts, unsupported content, user error, or use of the Service outside its documented limits.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, interfered with the Service, or used the Service in a harmful or abusive manner.
Because the current Service does not provide user accounts, account-based subscriptions, or cloud document storage, stopping use of the Service generally means discontinuing access through your browser. Files already downloaded to your device remain your responsibility.
Sections concerning User Content, acceptable use, ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective after you stop using the Service.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, work in every browser or on every device, load every uploaded font or paper image correctly, generate error-free pages, keep preview and exported output identical, meet your specific requirements, be accepted by a third party, preserve files or settings after a browser session ends, or be suitable for a particular legal, academic, business, or personal purpose.
You are responsible for checking the output and deciding whether it is appropriate for your intended use.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Text to Handwriting will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute services arising from or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from or related to the Service or these Terms will not exceed 100 USD.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of AI Text to Handwriting, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution process available in the applicable jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
If a formal business entity or operating jurisdiction is established later, this section should be updated with the correct legal jurisdiction.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, technology, legal requirements, or our business practices.
When we update these Terms, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you continue to use the Service after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms.
