1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how AI Text to Handwriting (“AI Text to Handwriting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you visit and use our website and text to handwriting converter at https://aitexttohandwriting.com/ (the “Service”).

The Service allows users to enter or paste text, choose handwriting fonts and paper styles, adjust page settings, preview handwritten-style pages, and export pages as PNG, PDF, or ZIP files.

The current Service does not require an account and does not currently provide account-based document storage, subscriptions, payment processing, or AI writing features. If these features are introduced, we will update this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

You may provide information when you contact us by email or otherwise communicate with us. This may include your email address, your name if you include it, the content of your message, attachments or other information you choose to send, and information needed to respond to your request.

The editor allows you to enter text and upload files such as custom font files or paper images. Under the current implementation, this content is processed in your browser during the editing and generation process. We do not currently require you to create an account or submit this editor content to us as part of normal use.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Service, our hosting provider, analytics tools, and third-party content providers may automatically receive limited technical information.

• IP address;
• browser type and version;
• device and operating system information;
• referring page;
• pages visited;
• approximate location derived from IP address;
• date and time of access;
• basic diagnostic and usage information.

We do not intentionally collect the text you enter into the editor through analytics events. Do not include highly sensitive or confidential information in the editor unless you understand how your browser, network, and third-party services may process technical information.

2.3 Information Processed in Your Browser

The text conversion and page generation features are primarily performed in your browser. This may include text entered or pasted into the editor, uploaded TTF or OTF font files, uploaded paper images, selected fonts and paper styles, page settings, generated page previews, and files created for download.

The current editor does not provide cloud document storage. Generated PNG, PDF, and ZIP files are downloaded to your device when you choose to export them.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate and maintain the website, provide the text to handwriting conversion features, display and export handwritten-style pages, respond to support and privacy requests, understand website usage, detect technical problems, maintain website security, comply with legal obligations, and protect the Service and its users.

We do not currently use the text entered into the editor to train an AI model or provide personalized advertising.

4. Analytics

We use Google Analytics or related Google measurement technology to understand how visitors use the website, which pages receive visits, and whether the website is functioning properly.

These tools may collect information such as browser type, device information, referring pages, approximate location, page views, and general interaction data. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

You can control cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings. Where legally required, we will request consent before using non-essential analytics technologies.

5. Cookies and Local Browser Storage

The Service may use cookies and browser storage for essential website functionality, preferences, analytics, and security.

The current website uses browser local storage to remember certain interface preferences, such as the selected light or dark theme. The editor may also use temporary browser memory while you are creating and previewing pages.

The current Service does not use browser storage as a cloud backup for your documents. Clearing browser data may remove saved preferences or temporary local data.

You can block or delete cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Some website features or preferences may not work as expected if you disable them.

6. Uploaded Fonts, Paper Images, and Generated Files

The editor may allow you to upload custom handwriting fonts in TTF or OTF format and, where supported, paper images or other visual assets.

Under the current implementation, uploaded fonts, paper images, entered text, and generated pages are processed locally in your browser for the purpose of creating the requested output. These files are not currently stored in an account-based cloud library by AI Text to Handwriting.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to use any font, image, text, or other material you upload or convert.

You should not upload confidential information, sensitive personal information, copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use, or information that you are not legally allowed to process through an online service.

7. Third-Party Services

Some parts of the website may rely on third-party services or resources. These providers may process technical information when your browser requests their content.

Cloudflare

The Service is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Cloudflare may process technical request information, such as IP address, device and browser information, request URLs, security signals, and diagnostic information, to provide hosting, CDN, performance, and security services.

Google Analytics

Used for general website measurement and usage analysis.

Google Fonts

The website may load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect directly to Google to request these font files.

unpkg or Other CDN Providers

The website may load certain browser libraries from third-party content delivery networks. These providers may receive standard technical request information when your browser downloads those resources.

We do not control the privacy practices of third-party services. You should review their privacy policies for more information.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with hosting, CDN, email, analytics, and website infrastructure providers that help us operate the Service; when you ask us to provide support or respond to a request; when disclosure is required by law or valid legal process; when necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or property; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Service.

We do not currently share editor text, uploaded fonts, paper images, or generated page files with third-party AI providers as part of the normal conversion process.

9. Data Retention

Because the current editor does not require an account or provide cloud document storage, we do not currently retain your editor text, uploaded fonts, paper images, or generated page files on our servers as part of normal use.

If you contact us by email, we may retain your email address and message for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

Technical logs and analytics data may be retained by Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and other infrastructure providers according to their own retention policies and our operational requirements.

Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them. We do not control files saved in your browser downloads folder or elsewhere on your device.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the website and information handled through it.

However, no website, browser, network, or online transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, browser, email account, and downloaded files.

If you use the editor on a shared or public device, remember to remove downloaded files and clear browser data when appropriate.

11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is used or shared.

Because the current editor does not create user accounts or store editor documents on our servers, we may not be able to retrieve or delete text, fonts, images, or generated files that remain only in your browser or on your device.

The Service and its hosting, analytics, email, font, and CDN providers may operate in different countries. As a result, technical information or support communications may be processed outside the country where you live.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

13. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
